KeyCuddles offers free returns and refunds within 30 days of delivery for eligible products.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging and accessories.

Please contact us before sending any product back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

Returned products must:

• Include the original packaging;
• Show no damage, stains, scratches, or signs of wear;

• Be returned according to our instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

• Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

Refunds
